HIV/AIDS Services

At the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus in Carrollton, TX, we are dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV/AIDS through comprehensive, compassionate support. Our one-stop facility offers essential services including emergency food assistance through our food pantry and hot meals program, as well as case management that helps clients navigate the healthcare and support systems in North Texas. We are committed to providing a wide array of services—including medical case management, health insurance assistance, oral health care, HIV education, and legal support—regardless of age, race, or financial situation. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need for health and empowerment, creating a welcoming environment for all. To access our services, potential clients are encouraged to complete an intake session at our Client Services office, with ongoing support available every six months.
