Brittany Hudson, LPC Associate, MS, understands that life can be messy—a blend of pain, joy, and everything in between. She creates a compassionate space where clients feel supported and validated through their unique journeys. Grounded in relational-cultural theory and trauma-informed counseling, Brittany has extensive experience working with survivors of complex trauma, sexual violence, and grief. She recognizes that these experiences often lead to feelings of shame and isolation, which is why her practice centers on healing through connection. With a focus on safety and empowerment, Brittany meets clients with warmth, non-judgment, and a touch of humor. She welcomes individuals from various backgrounds and with a diverse array of concerns, including trauma, grief, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, substance use, and other mental health conditions. Having completed EMDR training and attended Clinical Work with the Suicide Bereaved training, Brittany is well-equipped to support her clients. An LGBTQ+-affirming counselor, she also holds a special place in her heart for those experiencing chronic pelvic pain, as she personally understands their struggles. Brittany is honored to hear the stories of those who seek her guidance and support.
