The Meal Support Program in Abilene, TX, is dedicated to providing accessible, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are on their journey to recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for those navigating the challenges of eating disorders. Participants can join us for meal support four times a day, with two lunch and two dinner sessions available, allowing flexibility to fit individual schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to providing compassionate guidance as they work toward their CNS certification. Please note that while we focus on meal support, this is not a crisis intervention service. For immediate concerns, we encourage individuals to reach out to crisis resources directly.
