Robert Wesley Phillips is a highly skilled Intervention Specialist with a passion for guiding families through complex processes related to addiction. His extensive experience includes working in treatment centers and detoxification facilities, where he has served in various impactful roles such as counselor, program developer, educator, director of admission, and clinical supervisor. Robert specializes in substance abuse interventions, counseling, DOT/SAP services, and community prevention, providing comprehensive support to individuals facing addiction and dual diagnosis challenges. He is certified and licensed as an Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Prevention Specialist, and Crisis Interventionist. With advanced training in Motivational Interviewing, Co-Active Life Coaching, Egan's Skilled Helper Model, and the Johnson Model of Intervention, Robert is also certified in Family Systemic Intervention® and ARISE™. His training with leading experts in Addiction, Intervention, Epigenetics, and Inter-generational Trauma has enabled him to conduct over 1000 successful interventions throughout the United States. He carefully connects clients with qualified treatment providers and is an esteemed member of both the American Association of Intervention Specialists and the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
