The Meal Support Program in Union City, TN, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals are designed to create a warm, safe environment where participants can connect with peers while receiving essential nutrition. We host meal support sessions four times daily, offering flexible options for both lunch and dinner that fit into your schedule. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are on their path to obtaining their CNS certification, ensuring professional support throughout the process.
