Located in Sweetwater, TN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to personalized weight management solutions that cater to their unique needs. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans who prefer self-guided options can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those with ongoing challenges may access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
