Located in Sparta, TN, the Meal Support Program offers essential and compassionate meal assistance for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals, carefully designed to create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together, guided by practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program. With meal support available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can seamlessly integrate help into their schedules, attending as often as they feel comfortable. We are dedicated to fostering a safe space for recovery, focusing on nourishment and community connection, though it's important to note that we do not provide crisis support services.
