Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors

Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Smyrna, TN, with six free wellness kits delivered every two months. Aimed at those facing financial challenges, including individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and residents of underserved rural areas, our program provides essential resources that promote healing and wellness. Each kit may include a water bottle, journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and other helpful items to assist in their recovery journey. We believe in the importance of accessibility and ensure that our wellness kits are shipped free within the United States and Canada, making it easier for survivors to receive the support they need without added financial strain.
