The Meal Support Program in Signal Mountain, TN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our innovative program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a nurturing and safe environment where participants can share the experience of eating while receiving essential nutritional guidance and emotional support. With meal support sessions scheduled four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as needed. These gatherings are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we encourage participation in these meal support sessions, we also want to remind participants that this is not a crisis support service.
