The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Rogersville, TN, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free educational initiative that spans 12 months. This program, available in both English and Spanish, provides participants with valuable resources including six informative e-booklets tailored to guide them at every stage of their diabetes journey. Additionally, our monthly e-newsletter delivers seasonal tips and highlights local community events to foster connection and support.
