The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Rockwood, TN, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, year-long, free initiative available in both English and Spanish. This program equips participants with six informative e-booklets tailored to guide them in diabetes management, complemented by a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community resources. Participants also have the unique opportunity to engage with experts through a monthly Q&A series, allowing them to ask diabetes-related questions and learn about the critical connection between diabetes and heart health, all while receiving practical giveaways designed to aid their journey.
