The Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) in Paris, TN, is committed to ensuring that individuals and families have access to nutritious supplemental food during times of need. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance, helping to meet the basic nutritional requirements of our community's most vulnerable residents. TEFAP distributes emergency food on a quarterly basis—January, April, July, and October—through the Northwest TN Economic Development Council CAA across nine county Service Centers. Each household can receive one order of food per distribution period. We welcome eligible individuals and families to visit their local Service Center for distribution dates and to access the support they need to nourish themselves and their families in challenging times.
