The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Martin, TN, empowers aspiring leaders to advocate for a food system that is just and sustainable. Sponsored by the Allegheny Mountain Institute, this unique program offers a six-month experiential learning opportunity on our beautiful Allegheny Farm Campus, focusing on organic food system education without any tuition fees to ensure accessibility. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in diverse areas such as growing and distributing crops, running educational sessions, and fostering community gardens. Throughout the fellowship, they will work alongside regional non-profit organizations to improve food access and promote ecological literacy while supporting local farmers’ markets.
