The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lafayette, TN, is dedicated to fostering leaders who advocate for a just and sustainable food system. By sponsoring, training, and empowering Fellows, we focus on education in organic food systems while promoting accessibility through a cost-free program. Our immersive six-month residency at the Allegheny Farm Campus equips participants with the skills to engage in diverse initiatives, including growing and distributing crops, maintaining community gardens, and integrating food and ecological literacy into educational programs. Throughout the Fellowship, we collaborate with regional non-profit organizations to enhance access to healthy foods and support vital community food coalition activities.
