Cathaleen Blake, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), warmly welcomes individuals embarking on their journeys of self-discovery and healing. Recognizing that it takes tremendous courage to seek support, Cathaleen believes that every step you take is a testament to your strength. For those grappling with disordered eating, body image challenges, or feelings of depression and anxiety, she offers compassionate guidance. Facing the unknowns of recovery can be daunting; however, Cathaleen reassures clients that they need not traverse this path alone. With a dedication to walking alongside them, she actively supports their personal growth and healing process. Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, Cathaleen is working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Her previous experience at the Center for Discovery in Houston, TX, a nationally recognized leader in eating disorder management, adds to her expertise. She firmly believes in the power of community in the healing process and is honored to be part of each client's journey.
