A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption journey across all 36 counties in the Knoxville Diocese. Located in Jonesborough, TN, we offer comprehensive adoption services including options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal and nutrition education, as well as postnatal care education. Our mission is to provide compassionate guidance and essential resources for prospective adoptive families, ensuring they have the support they need during this transformative process.
