Located in Hermitage, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We ensure that low-income individuals have access to vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where everyone can access the nourishment and care they need to thrive, helping to break down barriers to food accessibility for individuals facing these unique challenges.
