Food Bank

Located in Hermitage, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support to individuals struggling with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals dealing with swallowing disorders, which is why our services include access to food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that every person receives the nourishment and care they need to live with dignity and health.
