MOVE! Weight Management Program in Harriman, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and has access to tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to self-manage, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to provide guidance on weight loss. We also support Veterans with weight-related challenges through medication options and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance.
