Our Family Support team is here to offer accurate information and compassionate assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We provide essential resources, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we help families navigate the often complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
