MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Dyersburg, TN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connect them to tailored weight management services, and offer a variety of treatment options to accommodate individual needs and preferences. We provide engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! platform for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
