Nina Boshers

Nina Boshers is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who believes that from the cradle to the grave, human beings are meant to connect with one another. When those connections are threatened or severed, it can feel devastating. Nina's primary focus is helping clients enhance and restore their relationships by guiding them to identify and understand their roles within both productive and problematic relationship dynamics. She facilitates this understanding through individual or couple sessions. Furthermore, Nina is passionate about addressing self-esteem, anxiety, depression, prenatal and postpartum adjustment, grief and loss, divorce adjustment, spirituality, and the establishment of healthy boundaries in relationships. She has received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and is a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich pre-marital or marriage enhancement assessment tool. Nina aims to create a calm and therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to share their most vulnerable selves. Her sessions often focus on identifying and sorting through emotions while highlighting areas of strength and resilience, making her a valuable partner in her clients' journey toward healing and connection.
