A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families in Cleveland, TN, and throughout all 36 counties of the Knoxville Diocese on their adoption journey. With a focus on providing compassionate and comprehensive services, we offer options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal education, nutrition education, and postnatal care education.
