Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive assistance right when it's needed most. We provide essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, as well as behavior management support. Additionally, we guide families through the complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
