A Loving Option Adoption, a compassionate initiative under Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption process across the 36 counties within the Knoxville Diocese, including Church Hill, TN. Our program is committed to fostering loving, nurturing environments by offering essential services such as options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal education, nutrition education, and postnatal care education. We believe every child deserves a loving home, and we are here to provide guidance and support to families on their journey to adoption.
