MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Brentwood, TN, is dedicated to transforming the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored support options that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-managed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
