The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Brentwood, TN empowers passionate individuals to advocate for a food system that is equitable, sustainable, and accessible. This unique fellowship combines hands-on training and education to cultivate leaders committed to transforming local communities through organic food initiatives. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm, where they learn to grow diverse crops, implement health-focused educational programs, maintain community gardens, and promote food and ecological literacy in schools. They also collaborate with local organizations to enhance food access and support farmers markets, all while mentoring future Fellows.
