Randolph Potts, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned his doctorate in psychology in 1994 from DePaul University in Chicago. With extensive experience working with adults and adolescents across various settings, he has served as staff psychologist at the Memphis VA Medical Center and the University of Memphis Counseling Center. Additionally, he has been a post-doctoral fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, and has held faculty positions in psychology at Holy Cross College in Massachusetts and the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Randolph has a profound commitment to helping individuals navigate life challenges such as the loss of a loved one, life-altering medical conditions, depression, and recovery from traumatic experiences. He has co-facilitated groups for family members of homicide victims and brings years of expertise in providing culturally informed services to diverse populations. He views therapy as an interactive dialogue that fosters reflection, growth, and healing, often uncovering resources within one's own history to address problems and facilitate recovery.
