Family Support

Located in State College, PA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our caring Family Support team is here to offer comprehensive resources and guidance at the critical moment of diagnosis. We facilitate access to accurate information, personalized parent mentoring, and nutritional education, including meal planning tailored to individual needs. We also provide behavior management support and assist families with the complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
