Our service caters to those participating in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, along with self-pay options for those seeking quality meal delivery. Each meal is carefully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to address a variety of medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive the essential nutrients required for their health and well-being. We pride ourselves on offering meals that are free from common allergens including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you're uncertain about your eligibility for meal delivery, consult your Case Manager or reach out to your local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. N4L's self-pay program allows you to select your meals and schedule deliveries at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, with a flat shipping fee. In addition to home-delivered meals, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to help enhance your health journey.
