The Meal Support Program in Shippensburg, PA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our unique approach involves live, virtual drop-in group meals, offering a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving compassionate guidance. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as their schedules allow. Each meal is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program and are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. We emphasize creating a nurturing atmosphere that fosters recovery and connection, while noting that our program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis support; for immediate help, please contact local crisis resources.
