Elizabeth Heffner

Elizabeth Heffner is a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to guiding individuals through some of life's toughest challenges. With a strength-based approach, she has seen tremendous success among her clients. Her office serves as a welcoming and safe environment for individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability. Elizabeth specializes in processing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse, healthy relationship development, self-esteem, adolescent matters, life transitions, goal processing, bereavement, and the complexities faced by families affected by addiction. She has a Master of Education degree in Secondary School Counseling and holds a Pennsylvania License in Professional Counseling, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University. Elizabeth's therapeutic modalities encompass couples, individuals, and family therapy utilizing a diverse array of techniques such as solution-focused brief therapy, the Gottman Method, and humanistic approaches to best meet her clients' needs.
