Our program is designed for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, and anyone preparing for dialysis, offering vital information on the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutrition tailored for kidney health, coping strategies, and various treatment options, including home dialysis. We strive to empower our community with accessible resources and knowledge, providing our classes through multiple formats—online, video conference, phone call, or in-person—to ensure that everyone can participate in their journey towards better kidney health.
