Kristen Hammond

Kristen Hammond, a Licensed Professional Counselor, is deeply devoted to the work of understanding and healing trauma. Specializing in childhood trauma and neglect manifested in adulthood, Kristen often helps clients navigate experiences such as depression, relationship difficulties, and PTSD/C-PTSD. She creates a collaborative therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their inner processes and identify emotional blocks, ultimately learning more adaptive ways of being in the world. Through an engaged process of reflection, connection, and behavioral change, Kristen empowers her clients to break free from feeling stuck and to take ownership of their lives.
