Located in Media, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals. Designed for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and the Older Americans Act, our program ensures that clients receive meals that are not only nutritious but also tailored to meet the specific dietary needs associated with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With options free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, our meals cater to different dietary restrictions. For those who don’t qualify for government assistance, N4L offers an affordable self-pay program at just $7.75 per meal, allowing you to choose every meal and delivery. Our services also include Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring holistic support for our clients.
