Cancer Transitions is a supportive program located in Mechanicsburg, PA, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have finished treatment. Aimed at those who have completed their treatment within the last 24 months, our services extend to anyone in their survivorship journey. We prioritize the holistic well-being of our participants by offering essential nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, and comprehensive education on emotional health and medical management.
