Located in McKeesport, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to cater to the unique dietary needs of individuals with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring nutritious options for our clients. N4L serves eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid LTSS programs, and the Older Americans Act, while also offering an affordable self-pay program for those looking for convenient meal solutions. If you need assistance determining your eligibility for meal delivery, we encourage you to reach out to your Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging. Our mission is to provide accessible, nourishing meals that support your health at home, with each meal priced at just $7.75 for self-pay individuals. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping our clients take charge of their health through informed dietary choices.
