Libreta Turner

Libreta Turner, a Licensed Professional Counselor with credentials including MS, NCC, and LPC, is dedicated to working with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). With a primary focus on evidence-based treatments, she utilizes cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) combined with mindfulness and positive psychology techniques. Libreta specializes in providing support for those who experience excessive worries or struggle with habits that hinder their ability to lead fulfilling lives. Her expertise encompasses OCD, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, and tic disorders, along with body dysmorphic disorder, hair pulling, and skin picking. She employs Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the most effective method for managing OCD, which can include family members or partners to foster a strong support system during the journey towards overcoming anxiety. Libreta also offers clinical supervision and consultation in ERP, leveraging her extensive training, including CBT at the Beck Institute and ERP training at The University of Pennsylvania. She is a proud graduate of the Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the International OCD Foundation and has completed WPIC's Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Program.
