MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lititz, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission focuses on systematically screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and providing tailored referrals to suit individual needs. Offering a variety of care options, MOVE! includes group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for ongoing challenges.
