The Blended Service Coordination Program, located in Latrobe, PA, is dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and adults dealing with mental health challenges. Enrollment requires a referral, and our services are available during standard hours Monday through Friday, complemented by 24/7 emergency assistance to ensure ongoing support when it’s needed most.
