Home Delivered Meals, located in Lansdowne, PA, is dedicated to providing nutritious, medically tailored meal solutions for individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our program specializes in creating meals designed by Registered Dietitians to support general health and address specific medical needs, such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We are committed to accommodating dietary restrictions, offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We welcome inquiries from individuals, caregivers, and case managers to determine eligibility and support options for our home-delivered meals program. For those who do not have access to an eligible health plan, our self-pay option provides affordable meal delivery at just $7.75 per meal, allowing flexibility in meal selection and delivery schedules. In addition to meal delivery, Nutrition for Longevity also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support comprehensive health needs.
