MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lancaster, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on annual obesity screening for all Veterans at VA facilities, ensuring each individual receives personalized referrals to suitable weight management options. We offer a variety of services tailored to meet diverse needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach to weight loss. For those facing persistent challenges with weight despite participating in MOVE!, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
