Located in Kingston, PA, our initiative focuses on individuals finishing their treatment within the last 24 months, although we welcome all survivors seeking support at any stage of their journey. We provide comprehensive resources including nutritional support, customized exercise programs, and educational opportunities focused on emotional and medical health management.
