The Meal Support Program in Johnstown, PA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and above who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal and receive guidance as they work towards nutritional healing. With daily meal support sessions scheduled four times, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can easily find a time that fits their lifestyle. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all actively pursuing their Clinical Nutrition Specialist certification, ensuring compassionate and informed support for every participant. While not a crisis intervention program, our dedicated team is here to foster a supportive community focused on recovery through nutrition.
