Carmella Bond Jackson

Carmella Bond Jackson is a dedicated addiction and trauma specialist, bringing over 15 years of experience to her work with individuals, couples, and families on their paths to recovery. Her background includes roles as a sexual abuse case manager, drug and alcohol counselor, trauma group facilitator, and military family consultant. Employing an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, Carmella assists her clients in developing applicable coping skills, constructive processing, and effective strategies for managing life after therapy. She is passionate about guiding her clients—both individuals and families—towards wellness, recognizing that addiction extends beyond substance use alone. To this end, she has obtained specialized training in sexual addiction, problem gambling, and trauma. As a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Carmella is equipped to evaluate employees engaged in safety-sensitive roles who have encountered testing violations. She also has extensive experience working within the LGBTQ community, alongside veterans and military families dealing with combat stress and PTSD. Furthermore, Carmella provides individual and group clinical supervision to LPC candidates, supporting the development of new professionals in the field.
