Resources, Education, and Comprehensive Care for HIV (REACCH)

Located in Hummelstown, PA, the Resources, Education, and Comprehensive Care for HIV (REACCH) program is dedicated to providing free, confidential HIV testing and comprehensive care, ensuring access to vital health services for men, women, and adolescents. Our mission focuses on preventing HIV infections and supporting wellness through a range of clinical services, including primary HIV care, HIV education, rapid HIV testing with results in just 10 minutes, nutrition counseling, on-site dental care, and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). Additionally, we offer robust social services such as medical case management, health insurance counseling, financial assistance for HIV-related care, mental health support, and emergency housing and utility assistance. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where all patients can access care, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Funded in part by the Ryan White Program, REACCH also provides essential outreach services, linking individuals to community resources and support groups while promoting education through community events.
