Resources, Education, and Comprehensive Care for HIV (REACCH)

At the REACCH program in Harrisburg, PA, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, free, and confidential support services for individuals affected by HIV. Our mission is to prevent HIV infections and ensure accessible care for men, women, and adolescents through a range of clinical and social services. We offer primary medical care, rapid HIV testing with results in just 10 minutes, and specialized treatments including Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). Additionally, our dedicated team provides vital services such as nutrition counseling, dental care, and mental health support. We understand the importance of navigating health challenges, which is why our program includes medical case management, financial aid, and assistance with health insurance enrollment. Our outreach initiatives aim to connect those who have fallen out of care, while our educational community events foster awareness and empower individuals. No one is turned away due to inability to pay or insurance status, and we are proud to offer financial assistance through the Ryan White Program for those who qualify. We are here to support and uplift the Harrisburg community in every step of their healthcare journey.
