Meals on Wheels Program

At the Meals on Wheels Program in Hanover, PA, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance to homebound seniors in our community. Our program ensures that every participant receives seven nutritious meals each week, carefully crafted by a local caterer and guided by a registered dietitian to meet federal nutritional standards. Meals are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with each delivery including a hot and cold meal on designated days and a warm meal during the Friday service. In addition to nourishing meals, we prioritize the social well-being of our seniors through three volunteer visits each week, fostering connections and support. To qualify for our home-delivered meals, seniors must have authorization from a York County Area Agency on Aging Care Manager. Once approved, we are here to deliver wholesome meals directly to their doors.
