John Drescher-Lehman is a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, possessing over 35 years of expertise in guiding individuals, couples, families, and groups through life's challenges. Graduating in 1995 from Virginia Commonwealth University, he has dedicated his practice to helping clients uncover their strengths and resources to navigate the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual complexities of life. With specialized knowledge in depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and grief, John supports couples and families facing difficult transitions, fostering growth in their relationships. He firmly believes in the unique strengths that reside within each individual. John recognizes that life’s stressors and losses can lead to anxiety and depression, often resurfacing past traumas. Together with his clients, he works to transform these challenging emotions into pathways for discovering deeper resources within themselves and their surroundings, ultimately facilitating healing.
