Sue Traweek

Dr. Sue Traweek is a licensed psychologist dedicated to assisting individuals who struggle with negative thought patterns and behaviors that hinder their journey toward achieving meaningful life goals. She understands that various life factors can lead to unhealthy coping strategies, which often interfere with the ability to cultivate fulfilling relationships, foster positive self-esteem, and succeed in life. With over a decade of experience in teaching and implementing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dr. Traweek has witnessed her clients make significant progress and attain mastery over their emotions and life circumstances through her diverse therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy, among others.
